Mr. Liem Seeng Tee has ambitions to become the king of cigarettes, symbolized by the letter (Wáng / king) around the walls of the museum and the old house of Mr. Liem Seeng Tee (The Residence). In addition, there is also a slogan from Sanskrit "Anggada Paramita" which means towards perfection. However, his ambition did not make him forget the 3 main keys symbolized by the symbol of 3 hands. "These 3 hands symbolize: producers, distributors and consumers," explained Mr. Ryan.
Participants were also presented with a short video of making clove cigarettes where each worker can make an average of 325 cigarettes / hour and have a 7-hour work shift. Mr. Ryan explained that workers can work quickly because they are motivated by income which will increase with the number of cigarettes produced. In addition, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk will also give awards and prizes in the form of 24 carat gold to its employees who have worked for more than 30 years in Sampoerna.
